Top 8 Baking Goodies I Would Like to Make From Scratch

My list of eight baking goodies that I would like to learn how to make or make better from scratch.

Cakes & Cupcakes - I have always been wanting to make a cake from scratch.
Pies - Sweet potato or pumpkin. I remember my grandma making them when I was younger.
Biscuits - I make them once in a while, but they don't come out as yummy as I would like
Cookies - The same with the biscuits, I'll make them, but they are ok.
Marshmallows - looks fun to make
Muffins
Dessert Bars
Cheesecake

I would have to say biscuits and breads. Although I just think it's easier to buy a loaf of bread at the store!

Biscuits. I can do cookies, cakes, pies, ect with no problem. I have never tried to make any kind of bread...it just seems like a very large task.

Over the past year I have learned to bake bread, make pizza dough and have been baking cakes, cookies, and cupcakes since I was little. My challenge is to make an angel food cake from scratch!
