Chocolate Cake in 5 Minutes

This is such a cool way of making a small serving cake for 1 or 2 people. I'm going to have to try this soon and see how it comes out. This recipe I came across from the blog of Dizzy Dee.

Ingredients:

4 Tablespoons cake flour
4 Tablespoons sugar
2 Tablespoons cocoa
1 Egg
3 Tablespoons milk
3 Tablespoons oil
1 Mug

Mix flour, sugar and cocoa together into the mug. Spoon in one egg. Then pour in milk and oil and mix well. Put in microwave for 3 minutes. Wait for the cake to stop rising and set in the mug. Tip the cake onto a plate. Pin It
